Getting around
Drive Times from Senderos
Senderos sits on the northern edge of Tamarindo, so the beach and town are only minutes away. Playa Langosta and Playa Grande are close by, Hacienda Pinilla is a short drive south, and Liberia’s airport is about an hour away.
Approximate drive times from the main gate. They vary with traffic, road conditions and the season.
The Senderos Real Estate Market
The Senderos market is almost entirely single-family homes, custom-built on hillside lots with ocean, valley or mountain views, from move-in-ready homes to larger estates near the top of the community. There are currently 10 properties on the market.
Buying in Senderos comes with HOA fees and design guidelines that keep the community’s natural-modern look consistent. Buyers who want a condo or a beachfront address usually compare it with the wider Tamarindo real estate market.
Foreign buyers can hold titled property in Costa Rica in fee-simple, the same as nationals. Senderos sits well back from the beach, outside the maritime zone, so its homes are standard titled property.
