Who We Are

Marenal’s foundation is the result of a vision led by Franz X. Meier, a Bavarian-American whose love for Costa Rica has flourished for over 25 years. Over time, his dedication inspired the creation of Marenal FGK S.A. (MFGK) and its operating partner GLP S.A. (GLP). Together, they lead a professional team that guides the community with care and expertise. As a result, every resident can live with confidence, transparency, and ease.

The community includes 39 residential lots, 5 commercial parcels, and 3 shared community areas — all designed to foster cooperation and individuality. In addition, membership in the Residential Community Association (RCA) ensures that every voice matters.
